Massive storage, blistering speed, perfect for 4K
I bought the SanDisk 1TB Extreme microSDXC Card to expand the storage on my GoPro and laptop, and it’s been nothing short of excellent. If you’re looking for massive capacity, high speed, and reliability for video recording or file storage, this is a brilliant choice.First off, the packaging is simple but effective — you get the microSD card itself and a full-size SD adapter, which is useful for cameras, laptops, or card readers that require standard SD slots. The card is rated A2, V30, U3, and Class 10, meaning it’s certified for extremely fast application performance, consistent 4K video recording, and general read/write speeds suitable for intensive use. I ran a few tests and got read speeds around 160MB/s and write speeds around 90MB/s — which matches the manufacturer’s claims and makes it ideal for high-res video capture.I’ve used it extensively in a GoPro Hero 10 for recording 4K60 footage, and there were no skipped frames, buffering issues, or corrupted files. It handled over three hours of continuous high-quality video recording without any problem, which is exactly what you want when you're out adventuring and can't afford to lose footage. The card is shockproof, waterproof, temperature proof, and X-ray proof, which gives extra peace of mind for travelling. I’ve taken it hiking in wet weather, exposed it to airport scanners, and even dropped it once (oops), and it’s still performing perfectly. The 1TB capacity is massive. You can store literally hundreds of hours of HD or 4K video, tens of thousands of photos, or countless apps and documents — all without worrying about running out of space. It’s also brilliant for expanding the storage of smartphones or tablets that support expandable memory. The SD adapter is sturdy and allows easy file transfers to laptops or desktop computers without needing a separate card reader. If I had one small caution, it’s that you need to ensure your device can actually handle 1TB microSD cards — older devices might not support cards above 512GB, so double-check first.Overall, the SanDisk 1TB Extreme card is everything you want: fast, reliable, rugged, and absolutely enormous. Highly recommended for photographers, videographers, content creators, and heavy mobile users!

Expensive, but does the job
For it's weight it must compete as the most expensive object around. However it enables a collection of over 13,000 radio plays and nearly 5,000 records to inhabit a modest pocket sized media player..Loading well over a terabyte of media only took 4 hours and the speed rated 70 consistantly. I did have a fan playing on it as a precaution but therev was no signs of any temperature problems or slipage in speeds attained.Large micro sd cards are useless unless they can handle transfers quickly and without overheating. I can confirm this 2 terabyte version passes on that count.Being able to load it with content directly from computer USB 3 sources is for me definitely the way to go.Here's hoping it has a long useful life - I'll update this if my hopes are proved wrong.

Very helpful for travelling
This item came in handy while travelling. I film in 4k so having additional capacity is very helpful. I had no problems with this item, it recorded as intended and I was able to capture everything while recording in 4k from my action camera. There are higher capacity cards but I prefer to have multiple cards of an average capacity. This is so that I don't lose everything if I were to lose or break a card.Overall a good quality item that I recommend if you record a lot of video.

Exactly what I needed and cheaper than Currys
Bought this for security camera as the one I was trying to use wouldn't work. Apart from the faff with the camera itself it was installed quick and easy, formatted no problem and is now working. Only downside was the package it came in was a bit awkward to get in, got there relatively easily. Can't really comment on quality or durability as only just started using it.

Great for DJI action 4
Super fast and reliable for 4K video recording! I was impressed with how smoothly everything ran without any lag or issues. It's perfect for high-quality video capture, and I can tell it's built to handle intensive tasks. Great value for anyone needing top performance, whether for professional use or personal projects.
