Good quality flour. I use this a lot as one of the ingredients for a loaf I make using my bread maker recipes, which is suitable for diabetics. Always turns out well.

Bought this to make super soft hotdog/burger buns, you just need about 7% of the flour total, works brilliantly. The problem I had was that Amazon shipped me a bag which had just an eleven week shelf life, tried to return it and was told ‘this product is not eligible for returning’. No way to get in contact with Amazon, at least none that I could find, other than just going around in circles and returning to where I started. So I telephoned HH Industries, they were brilliant and gave me an immediate refund. Avoid ‘fulfilled by Amazon’.

Since finding out that I (most probably) have Coeliac Disease last week, I've tried making lime cakes with a few different gluten-free flours. This one is the best I've tried thus far! It doesn't taste of much, allowing the lime to be the dominant flavour, and it made tasty, moist little cupcakes! Other that being slightly more yellowish in colour, they were almost exactly the same as if they'd been made with normal wheat flour. I plan to use this flour for my baking needs from now on. I used only three quarters of the amount of wheat flour I would normally use, as per instructions I found online. Unfortunately there was a tiny hole in one corner of the bag, however I simply chose that corner to cut it open at, so it didn't cause any problems.

Ordered by mistake but satisfied overall. Taste great!
