These are the best vitamins I have ever tried. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I am in my early 40s and was starting to have some random symptoms, tired daily, hair thinning, nails breaking, etc. Withing a month of taking these I noticed I had more energy. Withing 6 months, my fingernails were growing out long and strong. I also feel like they have built up a new level of immunity, as I have not gotten sick when everyone else in my family had some kind of viral illness. I typically have a pretty sensitive stomach, and these do not bother me at all. If anything they have helped regulate my digestion. I highly recommend these!

This is a real good multivitamin....even if I am 60+. I tried them all. Same company...I guess it depends on my genetics but this one does the job...the Dr. Prescribed hormones which I refused to take, and I do o pretty well with the hormonal balance herbs on this one.

From some reviews I decided to try half a pill a day then upped to one a day. I noticed I had more motivation and energy in the mornings! No stomach upset like some have posted. My bottle wasn't broken like some had happen. I will be reordering when needed.
