Mini capsules. Really!
I’m sure glad these are “mini.” I can’t imagine trying to choke down anything larger. I can barely swallow these as they are that big. I’ve only just started using this so cannot comment on benefits. Personally, I would prefer taking 2 smaller capsules rather than this 1 capsule. I trust the brand so will continue with these, but wanted to make my thoughts known.

Small soft jell caps are easy to swallow. Most of the time they do not cause burping. When it does cause burping it is lemon and not fishy.
