My pillows just arrived, what do I do to fluff it up?

You can put then in a dryer with dryer balls or golf balls in a low heat setting for a couple minutes, or just pat and push the sides to fluff it up, let it air out for a few hours.For daily use, you can always fluff it up when it becomes flat, that will help maintain the loft and fluffy state.

Do you get extra packaged Foam with pillows to make pillows firmer?

No, it does not come with extra foam. It is simply filled with a lot of foam. When you receive the pillow(s) they are extremely heavy. I removed over a quarter of the foam and it is still extra firm. I cannot use the pillow, it is too hard for my liking.

Are these pillows machine washable and dryabl

The outer cover has a zipper so you can take out the insert and wash.

Why is there such a strong perfume scent? How do I get rid of it?

I put mine in the dryer with 2 dryer sheets for 5 minutes, twice. Then I left them in the room to “air” overnight. There is no scent now. Hope that’s helpful because the pillows are actually great.
