THIS IS AWESOME
I wasn't sure what to expect when purchasing a "Renewed" device, but I tell you what. This thing is awesome!!! The box it came in and the charger were aftermarket, but the phone. THE PHONE is PERFECT. Not a blemish anywhere on it, front or back. Every feature works like new, very satisfied over here.THANK YOU

Great phone
Honestly one of my favorite phones. It felt really smooth, it's screen is great, it's nice and thin, battery life was great. I would definitely recommend for the right price

Not what I expected
The camera is great but the processor is slow to the uptake not smooth at all but glitchy so I returned it forgot to take out my SIM card but I’ll get the one plus 12 net try that out but the 10 pro disappointed me

Battery was DEAD. Wont hold a charge.
The phone they shipped me wont stay one for even an hour. And it came with no charger, just a generic USB charge cable. SCAM

Good phone, watch the battery
A good flagship phone. Great HD screen, but if you run the phone at the advertised resolution, the phone runs out of battery faster. Since the phone charges in about thirty minutes, this is usually fine. I ordered from Prime Cellutions a second time, they have good customer service and the product is good quality. I ordered a lower priced version first and decided to return. The reorder of the normally priced phone arrived and the phone was in like new quality.

Good for the price
Got a renewed OnePlus 10 Pro phone for $630 before fees. The seller is not allowed to give you the original 80W VOOC charging adapters so that is one drawback - however it isn't the sellers fault. Otherwise, the screen and everything was pristine. There were some scratches on the top of the phone on the metal but my case hides it anyways. There is also something small lodged in one hole of the top speaker grille but it is barely noticeable.EDIT: I contacted the seller as the original charging speeds were not provided with the included charger. They replied that they were not really allowed to sell the OEM chargers but was willing to ship a 30W (OEM is 80W) charger to me for no cost. Really helpful!

got this to replace a Galaxy s21FE
Got this phone to replace my wifes samsung Galaxy S21FE that she hated. We always had LG phones that were almost pure Android and they just worked. Samsung changes everything and makes a lot of normal funtions harder to do. So after using the One+ Pro9 for a year for myself I decided to get her a One+ 10 Pro and she loves it. You know what they say about happy wife.2 years and she still loves the phone.

Camera broken
Nice phone but why nobody checked camera? The main camera is broken inside?Very disappointing, wasted my time
