Bought this set and have used it every other day as I didn’t want to go through the return process for it, it doesn’t bother me, and it’s been over 6 months of use. Hair brush and comb are great, nasal aspirator does that job, but maybe the end is a bit big for a newborn. I would recommend different nail scissors, they are too thick for tiny newborn/baby nails, scissors end up bending or scraping the nail… and is a bit difficult to cut the toe nails, I would recommend getting actual baby clippers instead.
