I try a few pre workouts. This one has given me that extra boost. Start with a small dose is my recommendation. It is strong in my opinion.

Maniac’s old formula has been one of my favorite preworkouts to buy and use for about the past 4-5 years. Just bought this to try the new formula. First thing I can say is, thank you for still not being a proprietary blend like other brands. Second, the higher beta alanine and Caffeine dosage will get you moving. If you are properly hydrating and working out, you wont have a major crash afterwards and you wont feel like having a heart attack during your workout (if you are used to preworkout). I gave this a 4/5 only because im only a 2 weeks into the new formula but I dont hate it, if you are trying to cut caffeine with a good hit, half a scoop is still good and will go just as far. Overall, would buy again.

Doesn’t work well for anyone who is use to pre-workouts or has a high caffeine tolerance in general.
