Simpson PowerShot 4400 PSI Gas Pressure Washer, 4.0 GPM, CRX 420cc Engine

Love this bad boy. This machine out did my doubts of what it can do. I was shopping around looking to find a strong pressure washer because we own a cleaning company that also does exterior cleaning. So I seen so many that were up there in price and the PSI with the GPM were not as close as I wanted them to be. For those that are on the field and do pressure washing we know that GPMs is what is most important because it allows us to work smarter not harder. Not saying PSI doesn't matter because it very much does. But GPM is whats going to make you move faster and cover more Sqft. I seen one at Lowe’s and I was so close to get it and I said “let me try Amazon”. I came on here and found this one that is 4400 PSI with 4.0 GPM. No brainer. This here is a perfect fit and match for those that are starting in the commercial realm of PW. Once you get yourself some profit you can invest on the 8.0GPM and more PSI but this one here is perfect. Thank you SIMPSON for making such a great product.

Item was delivered damaged, tire fell off because the wheel mounting kit was broken off. After fixing the wheel to stay on (using parts I had in my stock). I ran the machine (it ran horribly) found out that the set screw that holds the regulator was missing so I am guessing it applied too much pressure and broke the pump. Found spring parts in the strainer and upon further examination I found that one of the plastic valves in the pump manifold had broken. Amazon will not take back this product because it is hazardous, so you have to contact the manufacture. Called Simpson and they said to contact a service department, they referred me to a place that said "they would never work with Simpson again". Called Simpson back and was given another place that is one hour away from me and they can't do the warranty work for two weeks. Now I am stuck with a no good broken right out of the box pressure washer that I have only owned for two hours. I would highly not recommend this product to anyone and if Amazon knew what was good for them they wouldn't sell this product with the extremely low build quality and complete lack of customer support for a new machine out of the box. Also Simpson will not send any of the necessary parts needed to fix it if you are just the end user.

Excellent results from this pressure washer! Definitely worth the money spent! The overall size and weight are manageable when moving around!

This is a great product. I read all the negative reviews and decided they came down to shipping damage in some cases and misuse in others. So I expected shipping damage and that's what I got, plus a missing hitch pin clip caused a wheel to come off. I knew Amazon would take care of it and they did, but I had to install the replacement parts myself. This is a serious and very powerful pressure washer so if you didn't know how to change out simple mechanical parts you might not really want this size of pressure washer either. Now as.to why they arrive damaged... Poor packaging by the manufacturer and absolutely no arrows on the box indicating right side up. The box was on its side in the Amazon truck and then the guys dropped it on my garage floor upside down. So the muffler heat shield was bent. Otherwise it works fine and I like it but it's overkill for my use around the house and car washing. The one annoying thing is that it absolutely will not start unless you are pulling the trigger on the spray wand while also pulling the starter cord. Otherwise the pump pressure builds up so fast that the engine can never get going. I think that's some sort of design flaw.

Since I bought it I have used it for home projects as well as my work it works the pressure is really good easy to add and change attachments this machine provides easy transportation the wheels are big and appearance is big as powerful I would recommend 100 percent good quality for your money

I started to book some bigger pressure washing jobs so I decided to upgrade from a 2.5 to a 4 gpm machine. I had always used Simpson so I found this machine for an affordable price although it did have a cheaper motor and pump. The item arrived very poorly packaged and oil spilled everywhere. Also the pump had no oil in it although the description says oil is already in the pump. On my first job with this machine the pump blew out and silver sludge went all over a customers driveway. Amazon kindly sent me a new machine (the same one) and allowed me to keep the old one. Fast forward a week and I return to the customers residence that I did not finish the week prior. I work roughly 1 hour and notice a decrease in pressure. I walk to the machine and sure enough two valves have busted and there’s water shooting out of the pump. Amazon refunded my money and I decided to upgrade to another Simpson 4 gpm with Honda motor and Cat pump. Lesson learned: the brand of machine is truly not very important, stick with a Honda motor and either a Cat pump or AR.

Easy assembly of handles and hose. Starts quick with correct choke and fuel settings. Lots of cleaning power, over 17,000, with adjustable pressure. Roll/spread out hose before you start the engine - it is a great heavy duty design and you will want the length you need spread out before it is under 4400psi of pressure. No leaks from any fittings. Comes with a 32 oz. 10W-30 Amsoil full synthetic - but CRX 420cc motor can take 37 oz.
