I am not as hungry and I am losing weight I thought would never come off.

Seems to be lowering my blood sugar? I used to wake up hungry. Last couple of decades, not so much, A1c creeping up…but when I take these, I’m hungry again in the morning (means my blood sugar is low).

I really debated on writing this because I did not want this to sell out again! But as a woman who wants other women to find non prescription help for weight gain that is not caused by being a lazy pig, this is for you. I have been using it since May 2023 I have lost 35lbs and it’s August 2023 I also take psyllium husk but that’s it. I’m not hungry and my body used all that stored fat. The first 2wks nothing happened but after that it just melted off. I am not eating any kind of diet food and go out to dinner often. I have never had an issue with weight until menopause. Every body is different but I’m so great full I did the research and it worked for me without side affects.
