Be patient, perfect after first usage.
Fine after they’re soaked, frozen and thawed once, they swell up perfectly. Well worth the price. Use them in my swamp cooler and they fit exactly in the space they’re needed.

I was making a 10 hour trip with my granddaughters' birthday cakes and cupcakes and needed to keep everything cool. Ice packs plumped in under 3 minutes in water and froze overnight. Packs partly defrosted in the coolers on the trip but kept everything cold. Great buy! Dont let them touch as they freeze or they will stick together. My only complaint is they don't dry up to put away. I left one sitting out for three days because it popped opened and it never dried up.

They can split
What I liked was they enabled me to send homemade candies to my grandkids. What I didn’t like, I followed directions included, and two of the four packs burst open once frozen. I had to discard them.

Complete Garbage
I followed instructions for the product Andover half of the backs burst in the freezer. Do not buy!!!

Disappointed
I was disappointed with this product. Half of them were leaking the jell like substance inside. The other half were ok and did keep things In a Cooler bag cold for 14 hours. If I hadn’t needed them right away I would have returned them. Maybe I just got a damaged set.

Finally used them a bit before Melissa hit. They kept ice for up to 3 days after losing power here in Jamaica. Not sure if that’s normal for ice packs or not…easy to use

Nice and long lasting.
They kept cold for a great length of time. Next time I use them, I would probably not fill them up with water as much because it wasn’t really comfortable trying to fit them in when they were about the size of a pop can. Would probably try to get them flatter next time. But overall effective. Would get them again.

Don't stay frozen for very long
I liked that you can cut them whatever size you want. Gave them 3 stars because they do not stay frozen for long.
