These seem to be doing the trick, have been taking them for a couple of weeks and have noticed a difference for sure so will definitely keep taking them. Haven’t had any unwanted sides effects from them. Capsules are a little big but they do go down easily, would be good if they were in a gummy form but am still happy with them so worth a go if you need a bit of a pH reset!

I bought these as I was struggling with water infections and thrush constantly and was trying to find something that would prevent it instead of keep treating it then coming back. I take two daily at night with my other medications and have been for I think about a year and a half. I now never have any issues and it has completely stopped me from getting them. I also think it has helped me with my gut health which has been an added bonus, I used to feel sick and after eating and feel it has stopped this and helped with my digestion! Have become a staple in my everyday routine and wouldn’t be without them now

These are great. I use them in conjunction with ACV gummies and they really have been doing wonders. I noticed how much nicer I feel down there (wink wink) as it has cranberry in it. It also has fenugreek which I’ve heard helps the tatas grow and I have definitely noticed a change there. I really do like these, I’ve been using them for years I wouldn’t want to stop now. I miss the old packaging (it used to be in a pot now it comes in this sachet…bag? I don’t know what to call it). It’s fine though, I kept the last pot I was sent before the change and put the pills in there so it sorts saves on waste. Sorta. They are big pills, they can be hard to swallow but I implore you to never open them. I tried it once and the taste was absolutely vile so whatever you do, do not open them to put into your water or straight into your mouth just swallow them.

Right I dont actually know where I sit with these! Im not sure if its psychosomatic or has actually helped so here goes... Im an overweight 45, undiagnosed perimenopausal, overweight woman who takes the mini pill therefore I no longer have periods. I have never had issues before but a few months ago I noticed I had more discharge than usual (particularly first thing in a morning when wiping after having a wee) and slightly more cream in colour with an odour. Nothing sinister or foul smelling but an odour what i can only describe as earthy/metallic so different for me. Like most people I've seen ads on social media and I've also done a Google and the same thing kept popping up about PH balance. I read reviews on here and some were appaling, some not so bad and some that read well. I decided to give these a go. I've now done 1 packet (2 left for tomorrow) and I have noticed that there doesnt appear to be as much discharge or the earthy odour but is it because I know im taking these or because they've helped? Im undecided. I do know I will continue to purchase until my mind is properly made up as to whether its in my head or not. I would suggest to try them and see how you feel. I have had no side effects whatsoever and for the price I just think nothing ventured nothing gained.

I am very happy with this product. I used it for one month to see how it works and coming back now with a review. Surprisingly it stopped my irritation and burning feeling that used to be so frequent. And I feel clean, fresh, smooth the entire day. Thank you. I will yalkng this daily from now on.

Capsules did not come in a bottle but in a paper bag. I still have the previous bottle so decanted from the bag Excellent product that really works but not impressed with the bag when illustration shows a bottle

I bought these after reading the reviews about them and yes they are good easy to take and will be buying again
