Good product. I can tell that it is definitely honey. I used it in conjunction with the Silver gel that I purchased because I was told that Manuka honey with Colloidal Silver is great for wound healing. The size patches that I purchased were perfect coverage for my wound and the quantity and quality is excellent for the price.

Bad heel
Had a bad heel that needed treatment. The lotions were not doing enough. So I purchased this and wore them overnight. Within a week, heel was baby soft. It was incredible. I was expecting longer for recovery or whatever, but this stuff works.
