Works brilliantly providing internet access when we're away in our home.I bought a Airtel sim card preloaded with 24gb to go with it, which wason offer at the time. We had great signal all over India just putting itnear a window. Wifi connection is fast and stable. Great purchase.

On and off, blinking lights, working sometimes, and working not. Really frustrating. Some network connection issues, but definitely some issues with the device too. Do not recommend. I used to have more expensive haiweii that lasted for a few years and worked really well. Went for cheaper options first this time. First one hardly worked (separate review) and amazon basics one is ok at best.Edit: I would really appreciate if someone could email me and replace the product. All that is happening is the box is flashing green to charge. Everytime I turn on, it turns off after 10 seconds or so. Totally useless now.Edit - amazed someone hasn't reached out to me to replace this faulty product.

Truly Plug-n-Play. Works in roaming.Works very well if the mobile signal is strong enough. However, if the mobile signal is bad, it misbehaves and often hangs. You may even have to reset it manually to make it start working again.The web interface to log into it is rudimentary, feature-less, and not very user-friendly. For example, if there are many sms messages to be deleted, you can do it only one at a time.The range is good enough. Battery life is satisfactory. A plus point if you don't want to use your phone's hot-spot for some reason.In short, not a bad bargain at its price.

I am using this product few months good battery backup and speed

1. Easy to configure2. Battery life looked good initially (~6 Hrs) but after few months, the battery is draining quickly (~3 Hrs).3. The indicator lights are not functioning as described in the product manual. Specifically, charging LED and network LEDs are malfunctioning all the time.4. Not showing the SMS messages in the webpage5. Data usage shown in the webpage is not useful because there is no way to see them per day6. Doesn't look worth for money in any means

Worst product sell by Amazon that too named as amazon basic. Amazon, This product will destroy your fame and reputation. Despite of looking at negative reviews i made my mind to purchase this product only bcz of name of the product. But guys dont go for it, it doesn't work at all. It is just waste of money. You will regret after purchasing it. Within hour after setup initially, its signal lost. It took almost 2 hrs to get wifi back. Again i set it up and used but same issue occurred. Its worst product.1. No battery back up2. No range, within 10meter range only your signal will be lost3. I managed to make it full charge several time in duraion of 2 days of purchase and it gets switch off within few mins like 10-15 min4. Buy it on your own risk

Very nice, BUT, sometime when connect to charging and WiFi is OFF, it becomes confusing to guess whether the WiFi is ON or OFF because of the indicator lights, If possible introduce small Basic LED screen to give more clear indications regarding the WiFi & Signal statuses, becoz remembring what Color indicators signify is not always posible.

When the grid goes off, the device lasts about 2-2.5 hours, and dies when the power comes back it doesn't start automatically you have to do it manually
