This oil is very effective and easy to dispense accurately. Although it seems expensive, a bottle lasts a long time. Next time though I'll try the capsules as they seem more convenient.

Got after a friend recommended. I am not 100% sure if it works, but I got a few drops in a glass of milk every day for 4-5 days while I had a cold, and it seemed to do something.The taste is very intense, I don't like it, but I would start with 2-3 drops to get used to it.

Brilliant stuff.
