I am an adult and take anywhere from 1 to 4 of these “kids” melatonin and they do work well. They taste great …. Grape flavor…..easy to chew.

They work wonders—without them, she struggles to wind down and stays awake for a long time. I specifically prefer these over gummies for two reasons: dosage accuracy and mindset. I’ve read that gummies can be inconsistent with dosing, and I don't want my daughter thinking her supplements are candy or a treat. These are easy to cut in half (which is the perfect dose for her). She's 7 years old and .5 mg works great. They are small tables and I can easily break them in half with my hands. I highly recommend for parents looking for an effective, no-fuss sleep aid.

I know it says it’s for kids but it’s what I take. I’m 41. It’s just enough to get me to sleep and I’m awake and energized the next day. Everything else would leave me groggy.

I like that this melontonine is only 1mg, so it’s easy to control the dose. It works well and helps my kid wind down at night without any issues. Amazon’s price is solid, and it’s a good value compared to buying it in stores. The chewable format is convenient, no need to worry about swallowing pills. The only problem is my kid absolutly hates the taste. I tried one myself, and it’s not the worst, but I can see why they don’t love it. If they made a better flavor, it’d be perfect. Still, for the price and effectiveness, it’s worth keeping on hand and worth a rebuy.
