THEY FIXED THE PILLS! New shape is much easier to swallow!
This latest bottle it looks like they tweaked the pills! As you can see, they are smaller, rounder, and slimmer, MUCH easier to swallow than the choking hazard the old ones were! Not only that but the coating is different, more slick, helps the pill slide down easier too. Now according to THEM, these are the same dose as the old, chunky pills, I weighed them both and the new pills are quite a bit lighter. Now that doesn't necessarily mean the dose is less, the formala could be a more efficient one, or better quality materials that are easier to absorb could be used, etc. For now, I've been taking these new ones for a while and I've noticed no differences in myself, so I'm going to say it's the SAME dose. I REALLY appreciate this change tho, assuming the dose is the same. It's REALLY a big difference, where before I DREADED having to take these, now it's a minor issue. So if you've tried these before and dropped them because you hated how hard they were to swallow, consider trying again!

Make me fall asleep faster
Love this magnesium. I'm taking it twice a day in between meals. Helps me fall asleep fast at night! Prevents me from midnight binge watching netflix!

Not magnesium
Highly doubt this is magnesium, and if it is then it’s not at the dose it says. Magnesium citrate at this dose should have noticeable effects. Also, the tablets smell disgusting.
