I wasn't sure I would like lavender since I've not used before, but I knew I was okay with the other scents. I travel a lot and always take it with me. I've never looked into the other ingredients to help getting to sleep; but the combination is very comforting and relaxing, and lets me connect that to remind my body that there's some deep sleep ahead. I don't use it on my body yet and don't know that I will. I stay up late and wake up late, and if I need to go to the bathroom I spray a little bit before I lay back down. I don't use much and the pillow gets most of it. I can say that I'm really impressed with the product and reasonable price and I've recommended it to many friends who need a little help with falling asleep. I don't fall asleep quickly and this combined with melatonin and listening to frequency helps me a lot. Thank you for letting me tell you about something I'm pleased with and will be buying again. May even use it for gifting. Note: I never tried anything like this before. A friend was staying over and left the bottle of just lavender at my house. She said they used it especially for the younger kids at bedtime or naps and it helped them to sleep well. I started using it and went to Amazon, looking through many search results. I'd put them in my basket and then read through them, checking out value and ingredients. So it wasn't an impulse buy.

You definitely don’t need much, a lil goes a long way, use sparingly. Nice smell, but it can be overwhelming. I spray a lil on sheet, pillow and fall asleep instantly. Its refreshing to wake up alert snd rested.

I love this side am I spray it on my bed sheets every night before I go to bed. It helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I used to use Bath & Body works but they've added vanilla and everything else that they could put into it. This is much cheaper than BBW. Bonus!!

I bought because I thought it would help me sleep. Not so much. Fall asleep faster now but still very restless sleep However it smells amazing

This spray has a heavy, medicinal smell, which wasn’t what I was expecting. It also arrived with a leak in the cap, so it squirts instead of spraying and gets all over my hands. All that said, it has still helped me to sleep better.

I love that it's made with all-natural ingredients, the bottle is a decent size, and I can use it for several weeks or longer. It smells amazing, and the scent lasts a good while, in my opinion.

Amazing scent! So I bought another bottle . Scent lasts forever! So easy to use, just spray. Very lightweight scent and not heavy. Definitely recommend you try this!
