Not for the weak
This stuff is HOT. This stuff has to be used sparingly. One drop will make your nose run. And trust me, i like hot stuff!

There's a reason you can apply *drops* of this
Holy $%^&! This is HOT! My brother picked up a bottle for me on a recent trip to Portugal, and I brought it in for burrito day in the Shop, and guys that can eat raw habaneros took one bite with this on it and said no more. To be honest, this is wayyyyy too hot for the average hot sauce person, and you quickly realize why the bottle allows you to put a few drops on your food. Two drops of this, and my mouth is numb, it's not enjoyable when you add too much (which is more than 2-3 drops). Be careful with this hot sauce. For the record, my enjoyable level of heat is jalapeno/chipotle.

Stupid hot
We love the extra hot piri piri. This is silly though. Too much. Both the regular and extra hot is what we will stick with.

SOOO HOT!!
Honestly the hottest hot sauce EVER! Be warned that it’s so hot so a small amount goes a long way.

Only a drop is needed! Pure rocket fuel in a spice sense and should come with a warning...
The first time I tried Ai-Ai was on my recent holiday to Madeira. We went to our favourite Pizzeria on the main road down to Funchal. When we asked for chilli oil, the waiter said they didn't have chilli oil, but this stuff. Whilst writing this, my mouth is salivating and bald head is sweating trying to describe the senasation you get when eating this chilli sauce. OK, I digress, back to the pizzeria! The waiter warned us that this is dangerous stuff so beware, but I can take my spice so thought nothing of it. To top if off, I had already ordered the most spiciest pizza on the menu. I proceeded to squeeze more than a drop and dipped the end of a slice into the sauce. Within ten seconds, my mouth was on fire, my bald head was sweating, and was almost breathless with the heat, frantically asking the waiter for another large beer and a large jug of water. Lesson learned! This sauce is really good to spice up a humous, and only one drop is required. In fact, when this arrived, I just used the sauce from the back of the foil with my lunch. So, if you can take your chilli, go for it!

Vorsichtig! SCHARF!!!
