This product arrived without any safety seal, shouldn't it come with tamper resistant seal?

Guess it is not a prescription, more like a body "lotion" item. I bought multiple times, and I like the products a lot.

I would also like to find a similar product which is vegan-friendly or, at minimum, not tested on animals. Haven't bought this because if it were vegan-friendly or cruelty-free it would probably be labeled as such. It's not.
