I LOVE this thing! I got it in a box of stuff from a friend who was moving. I had to get the refills for it (and the fuel cartridges don’t last very long) but I use it every night on our outdoor table for dinner (which is a plus since to eat inside would mean clearing off the cluttered disaster that is our kitchen table). I get this thing going about 10 minutes before we’re ready to head out and it has cleared the mosquitos and many if not all of the black flies from the vicinity! We also have been using it camping as well, setting it near the tent entrance before turning in for the night or even in the tent when setting up. It works great! I highly recommend. But be sure to give it a good 10 minutes to warm up before it’s at its full potential.

My 14 yr old son and I are like mosquito magnets! Even with spraying and spreading pellets around the pool we were getting bit sitting near the pool and even our faces while we were swimming! I put the thermacell on our patio table or our pool deck and it's worked great! I'd say the range is closer to 12 feet rather thsn 15 and we still saw the occasional mosquito hovering, but this definitely made sitting outside in the evening much nicer! The canisters last pretty long if you use them daily for 3 hours or less. Will definitely buy again.

I actually bought my first one at Wal-mart and was skeptical but here I am doing a reorder on the cartridges because these work wonders. We just use it on our front porch so not a huge area but if just a few people are sitting around, outside, this does the trick. The midwest mosquitos are no joke.

These are must haves. We hunt in the south, sit on our back porch, garden, etc. we are always outside. We pop these in the older style of patio thermacells, regular thermacells (used for hunting), etc. We go through these all the time. Must haves.

I like to sit outside during the evenings but tend to be a mosquito magnet. Another part of my family bought a different style of this product and loved it so I tried this one (M300? Not right near it to check. 15’ radius). I only need small space coverage and this does the trick. Not sure I would recommend it for use while moving around like hiking. I can’t see how you stay inside that 15 foot bubble if you’re constantly moving. But just setting it on a table and staying within the 15 foot range works great. I can move to my grill and chairs and stuff with no problem. It has made a huge difference in my enjoyment of the outdoors. The refills can get expensive, but there’s usually some size and quantity on sale, so just pay attention to what you’re buying and it’s well worth the price.
