K10 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo

Keyboard looks great and works ok for a couple of hours. Then the lights start to flicker and it has to be restarted several times by turning the power on and off. Not sure what to do about that. Edit: Ok, so here is the deal, I finally figured out this thing doesn't have any indication that it needs charging other than wigging out like I described above. If you plug it up and let it charge a while when you're using it every few days, (ours gets used a good bit) it works great.

Bought it for my daughter. She really likes it. The keyboard and mouse works well. When initally setting up the mouse, didnt use the cable they provided, and mouse wouldnt work. But once I used the cable they provided, the mouse worked and it has been seemless since. Their customer service was great, they respond to emails quickly and promptly. Would recommend others to buy as well.

The keyboard mouse combo was delivered sept 16 2024. There is a lot I like about this product. The keyboard feels good to type on, and the mouse has good performance. For basic use these are good items. I would say that if you are a gamer, the mouse had some intermittent issues with response. NOT for gamers. All of that could lead to a good review except for a few glaring problems. 1. The battery life on the keyboard is not comparable to other products. It lasts a few days, which is good, but there are other similar products that get better life. 2. The keyboard has had intermittent issues where it will just stop working. This is not battery related. The fix has been a combination of restarting the keyboard, reseating the USB, or at times restarting the computer altogether. 3. The mouse is dead. Did not last even 2 months and nothing I have done has been able to fix it. While I will be contacting customer support I don't have much hope for a decent resolution. Average customer support sucks in this day and age. I will edit this review with that experience at a later date. As of now, I would not recommend or buy from redthunder again. --Update-- Redthunder was initialy kind enough to reach out and offer full refund. Awesome... right? No. I accepted, to which they then sent a canned how to on fixing a keyboard. wait, sorry, one little piece about fixing a mouse that wont pair. As my mouse is dead and wont turn on (yes I know how to charge it), neither of these will work for me. Still no refund. Had they not reached out, or said "sorry, past the return date", I would have written this off. But I despise people/companies who promise one thing then dont fallow through. Or just ignore in this case. One star. Horrid customer service, bad business, worse product... Do no purchase.

I used this keyboard/mouse combo for about 14 months, and I really really liked it. The keyboard has a great feel, the lights on both the keyboard and the mouse are super fun, and it was one of my favorite purchases. Recently the MassStar stopped working. Even though it was 14 months after the purchase, customer service was very kind and understanding and made things right. I couldn't be happier with the company or the product.

Received this keyboard mouse combo on July 16, 2023. Absolutely pleased with both in response and connection to our mini-PC's. What really set them apart was the quick response when using Virtual Machines housed on our local network using Remote Desktop as well as AnyDesk. Thank you RedThunder! Unfortunately, problems crept up on August 14th with loss of keyboard and mouse connectivity. Left both charging overnight due to "spottiness" of their connection. While each were charging, the charging indicator lights failed to turn on to confirm charging. After a full day of charge the mouse was able to be paired back to the USB dongle (LED Lights working). Sadly, the keyboard is still unresponsive, will not pair with USB dongle and no charging indicator light. As of today (August 19, 2023) waiting to see how this can possibly be resolved. Update 1: Despite the initial keyboard failure, I was absolutely impressed by Red Thunder customer service and their attempts to rectify the issue. They offered to replace the failed keyboard. As of today August 24, 2023, using the new keyboard and working just as well as the first. Review updated from a two star to four. Thank you Red Thunder.

I really love this keyboard! The lights look amazing and it types super smooth. The only issue I’ve noticed is with the mouse — it seems to lose charge pretty quickly, while the keyboard holds power much longer. Other than that, it’s a solid set for the price and looks great on my desk.

Amazon sent an Opened box (clear sticker seals were broken upon receipt) and while keyboard worked (but needed as it was low on battery) the mouse was dead. Tried charging 4 times (which was done with power on off position) with the blue light on until it was off (indicating it was charged). Mouse lasts a good 10 minutes and dead again. Do yourself a favor and spend more on a higher quality product. Going to try calling their support today to see if they will send a replacement else, I will return and spend the money a better product. After looking on the box and through all the product documentation, they have no technical support phone number. The only way you can reach them is via email after googling their Website ([email protected]). Bummer! ***UPDATE*** After posting my initial review, I requested a replacement from a previously opened item through the website. I received a NEW replacement as requested and the new keyboard/mouse was received (without broken seals). The new mouse took several hours to charge (unlike the first item received and also was set to the off position unlike the first one). The new keyboard was in the on position as that took several hours to initially charge as well. I've been using the new mouse/keyboard with no issues at all. Working like a champ and both were not dead after many hours of use the day before. Thank you Amazon for making it right and for shipping me an unopened replacement!

Okay I’ve had this keyboard for a while now and I’ve actually forgotten that it runs off an internal battery. I’ve gone weeks and even months without charging and it works great. That being said I’m not on it everyday. The battery capabilities are great and my 2 year old loves to grab it whenever I’m not looking because of the pretty lights. So far it’s held up to my 2 year old smacking it, stomping on it, and dropping it when he loses interest. It still functions perfectly.
