This vanilla essential oil has the most wonderful, warm, sweet scent. I have sensitive skin and try to avoid artificial perfumes and fragrances. I like to add a bit to my unscented lotions and body oils. It makes for a much healthier dupe to the very popular scented lotion and soap brands.

Synthetic scent
Once you open it, it smells ok. Strong but ok. But once I added 4 drops of it to a batch (400g) of facial cream, after an hour the whole mix had a very strong synthetic artificial powdery smell which lingers forever on your skin and makes you sick.
