Low carb is a good thing
I like the noodles cause I’m diabetic. I need to control my car intake so these noodles are great substitute for regular spaghetti noodles or or flat noodles that are hard and carbs.

They are exactly as expected
Some tummy upset. But nothing to worry about if you eat fiber. Texture is okay, but not my favorite.

Too gummy.
I really wanted to like this product but it was extremely gummy. Maybe they need to thin out the actual noodles so that it’s not this chewy.

Hit or miss purchase - some are great like normal konjac noodles but in mine, half the packages were dry & inedible. They’re supposed to be soaked in liquid but this is what some of them look like.

actually pretty good
I've been starting a diet journey recently, so I needed some low calorie noodles from my chicken vermicelli. then I found these when I first opened the package. The noodles did you look interesting? 😅But after I rinsed them off, like the instruction said it actually was pretty good. Once I put my meal together it was even better. Just by itself, it's very chewy and it has a weird taste, but when you add in your own sauce, it tastes really good. I 100%, we'll be buying more and will be recommending this to others. also I used two pouches for one meal and it is really filling
