Since I started using Then I Met You Liovng Clransing Balm, I can’t wait to wash my face in the morning and keep checking the clock at night to see if it’s time to go wash my face before bed. I am truly obsessed with this product. First, it smells so good I can’t wait to open the lid. My delight only improves when my make-up melts away including my very difficult to remove mascara. It is very gentle on the eye area, and I can even open my eyes to check and see if it’s all gone or if I need to rub it in a bit more. There is no stinging whatsoever unlike every other make-up remover I have ever used. I also don’t get that weird blurry eye thing after I rinse. In addition, my face feels hydrated when I’m done rinsing but not oily. I have T-zone oily skin. I have been using for almost a month, and I feel I have barely used any product at all. My face loves it! I think the quality is amazing and it’s worth every penny - especially as it seems it will last for quite a while. I will not hesitate to purchase again.

I love, love, love this balm. I have purchased this many times. I’m older and live in the tropics, so I need a makeup removing cleanser that’s hydrating and gentle (in fact sometimes I leave it on my face for 5 or 10 minutes before wetting and rinsing off). It works wonders on removing makeup and the citrus scent is lovely, leaving my skin soft and not tight at all. It seems expensive, but very little is needed. I’ve tried a couple of others and they just don’t work as well for my skin. For my mature skin, it’s divine.

My daughter had this cleansing balm and I had to try it. And Then I Met You Cleaning Balm is a wonderful addition to my skincare routine. The balm melts easily into the skin and effectively removes makeup, sunscreen, and impurities without leaving behind a greasy residue. It rinses clean and leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and refreshed rather than tight or dry. A little goes a long way. It's gentle enough for daily use and works well for all skin types. Overall, this cleansing balm is an effective and enjoyable first step in a double-cleansing routine.

This is a very nice addition to my nighttime double cleanse routine. This formula is very gentle. So gentle in fact that when I accidentally opened my eyes once, I didn’t feel a thing; no burning or itching. It’s supple and the texture is smooth. Removes makeup and sunscreen well. I’ve bought it more than once.

Product is effective for removing waterproof/water resistant makeup and sunscreen and doesn't burn my eyes. It does make my eyes briefly cloudy after emulsifying but not enough that I'll stop using the product. Per oz it is expensive and only ends up lasting about 4-6 weeks with nightly use but it doesn't break me out and doesn't leave a waxy film on my skin after rinsing so I will continue buying (just watch for extra coupons). I like that it includes a "spatula" so that I'm not directly dipping my fingers into the product and the spatula is easy to clean off with an alcohol wipe to "clean" it. There really isn't a smell to it or the smell is very mild. It has a nice glide even when used for more than 60 seconds (I usually spend extra time around my nose and chin where I'm prone to blackheads and sebaceous filaments and it does help loosen them). Will continue to purchase as I haven't found another product that I like better and I've tried A LOT of oil cleansers/cleansing balms at a wide range of price points- just wish it wasn't $36/month.

I love this cleansing balm. It’s my third jar. I have eyelash extensions and i need to make sure no oil touches them. This balm is very smooth and emulsifies very fast into milky wash. So works perfectly to safe my lashes. No irritation, very pleasant feeling after. Good ingredient list. I bought small jar and regular. The small one perfect for travel and i keep it in the second shower. Find my perfect cleansing balm!!!

I love the Elemis oil cleaning balm but it’s a bit pricey (i still repurchase) but when I want a great, more affordable dupe this is my go to! Cleans makeup off well, great scent but not overpowering and leaves skin soft! If you love Elemis but are looking for something cheaper this is the next best thing!

Love this cleanser. It lasts a long time. You only use a dime size. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes.

Been trying for over a week. Nice texture, silky smooth, does the job. Skin feels drying after washing off. Has a slight stale smell , but it doesn't bother. Its colored like, turmeric and stains , so beware.
