I purchased the product. My child used it for two days and then it malfunctioned. I am waiting to hear from the company regarding free repair or replacement.

The only reason why I'm rating 4 stars is that the box seems to be opened before they used double side tape to re-seal it but the bike don't seems to be used before but again I'm not 100% sure, otherwise works as expected. We have 3 of them.

The quad arrived in good condition, but the batteries were dead due to the long storage period before charging. This is an important point for buyers to be aware of. I replaced the original batteries (7Ah) with 9Ah batteries for longer run time, and the result was excellent. **Important tips to protect the batteries:** - Charge at least once a week to prevent them from going dead. - During long-term storage, charge them once a month. - Charge immediately after each use and never leave them empty. **On safety:** The quad is largely safe, and I do recommend it. **Development suggestions for the manufacturer:** - Add a safety key so that no child can turn the quad on without it. - Equip it with four-wheel drive, since it gets stuck in sand and needs firm ground to move steadily. - Provide a wireless connection to monitor battery status and faults in real time. - Design it with a height of no more than 50 cm so it fits in a car trunk; currently it's large and needs a transport vehicle like a pickup. - Use an easily installable external battery, since it needs 12 hours to recharge when depleted, and having a spare battery would solve this. **Bottom line:** A good, fun product for kids. Adding a larger battery makes it much better, and with proper regular charging it will last a long time.
