Reflective vinyl
I wanted to make house numbers for our new mailbox before I installed it and I wanted to make them with reflective vinyl to make them easier to see at night. This roll seemed reasonable for the price. It does indeed reflect as advertised. I will attach a pic taken with the flash on. I did find it tricky to cut on my Cricut. Since it is thick, I tried first setting it to Vinyl+. That cut but not quite deep enough to cut the vinyl and adhesive and it was tough to weed. I tried a custom setting as recommended by another reviewer here with a little higher pressure and a double cut. That failed because on the second pass it would fold over the small ends of the letters. Next I tried the default Holographic Vinyl with a single cut and that worked better. Pressure was about 195 on that setting. If I have to cut this again I might bump that to about 210 or so. It loves to stick to itself so as I was weeding I kept a pair of scissors handy to snip off the excess as I peeled it up. It’s very stretchy and easy to ruin. I managed to mangle one just applying the transfer tape, my transfer tape had a bubble in it and it pulled up a number when I tried to smooth it out. That was my mistake though, not a fault of the material.

Ghost decals on black UTV
Cons:The film is almost more of a foil than a vinyl. It is a little hard to find the right setting for cutter. If you try to make small intricate designs the cutter blade will grab it and just start tearing it. You also have to be careful installing to not get air bubbles because you can't work them out like vinyl. Might be better to apply wet like window tint. For that reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5. Pros:It is surprisingly durable. I have had these decals on my SxS for about a year now. They adhere really well as the pressure washer has not affected them at all. The original decals that came on the buggy started lifting almost right away when washing. These have also had tons of brush drug over them with no real damage. If not for the cutting issues it would have gotten a 5 star review.

TIPS FOR USE
Reflective vinyl is VERY hard to use. BUT there are a few things you can do to make it doable. The material is a thin stretchy membrane that wants to re-adhere to itself even when cut, has a thin glue membrane that doesn't always cut through, is stretchy, doesn't like sticking to its backing.1. double cut. Make a customer material that does every cut twice. Add a box around your design so you can pick the entire thing up including the box.2. REVERSE WEED - Cut, transfer ENTIRE thing to transfer tape, put the transfer tape sticky side up on the sticky matt to weed. The transfer tape will hold things together WAY better than the carrier it comes on. Use one tool to hold down small sections when ripping away the parts you are weeding.3. Be comfortable ripping the parts you are weeding. The material is not very strong, it is easier to do in parts by ripping the vinyl, be ok with it ripping and going back to pull up those parts.

more like a poor quality sticker than vinyl
It is reflective but it is very very low quality vinyl. it tears easily, has no air release tech (didn't expect it too) and is almost impossible to remove. I liken this more to a reflective stick than vinyl. If you want to cut out a small decal of some sort it should work if you are very careful in application. IF you want anything large that has a decent surface area you are going to have problems. If you are used to automotive and hobby vinyl this does not allow you to lift and reset to remove wrinkles or air bubbles (soapy water didn't work and vinyl just never stayed stuck after) so it needs to be perfect from the start.I have used many other vinyl wrap and have never had the issue i had with this one. Ended up tossing the whole roll after several attempts. Removal was a nightmare. It rips in small chunks and is almost impossible to take off any significant amount at a time. i would look for something else and stay a way from this one.

Ok Vinyl- Not easy to cut
So I got this vinyl to make numbers for our air packs for our fire department because it was reflective which is what we needed. It took me a whole roll to figure out which setting I needed to be on. I have a cricut explorer 2. Now granted it was my fault for not doing a test cut, but it still took me a good while to finally find a good setting to get this to cut all the way through but not cutting the entire piece.. what I found that worked is card stock 80lb with light pressure. I did have to recut some numbers because it screwed some up.. but that setting seemed to cut through the vinyl, some places it cut through the backing. But I at least got it to cut through the vinyl. I did read on the website what to cut it on and it tried both and neither worked. But I will continue to buy this product though because this is exactly what we need for our reflective numbers!
