The instructions were super clear to follow, especially for a first time resin user. I ended up mixing up a lot more than I needed, so the bottles look small but you really are getting a lot for the money. It also came with dried flowers and leaves that I wasn’t expecting to get. The color of the foil is really cute. I like my resin clear but you can tint the color with the powder that comes in the kit. The resin honestly didn’t bubble up at all, and like I said this was my first time making anything. I got the kit to do with my 10 year old and she loved it. She made a bookmark and a necklace for her friend for her birthday. Super good quality and it came with a lot of different options!

My nearly 10yo loves this kit. She has used less than half the material and has made a lot of resin things already. It is a great quality beginner kit. It comes with lots of glitter, tiny charms and pigments to experiment with and has more moulds than I would expect in a beginner kit. There are many hours of fun creating to be done with this kit.The thing I am taking a star off for is that the instructions do not tell you ratios for the pigments and she found out the hard way that adding too much color (which doesn’t actually seem like it’s that much color but seems to be one tiny spoonful per 20ml max) means they never dry all the way which was a pretty big bummer but like I told her this is important information when doing science things and we can repeat the experiment with less color to see how it turns out.I also think they should at least suggest a safety and clean up pack to buy with it that has the safety glasses, gloves and rubbing alcohol and a large placemat or plastic table cloth. Luckily I had all these things but she would have been very bummed if she had to wait for more things to arrive to get started. Make sure you have these things if you want to get your kid started with making beautiful fun resin earrings, keychains, bookmarks and more!

Great value, fun for anyone.

The kit itself is great. As shown. Now with the resin. I don't know if I am doing it wrong or if there is something wrong with the product. I mix it very even and for 4 minutes. No matter what I do there are tiny bubbles. I even tried a heat gun. Some items I made are still kind of soft after 24 hours. Next time I am trying UV light resin for sure. I measure a and b perfectly so It's really frustrating. THey are very pretty just some are soft and 100's of tiny bubbles. The book mark isn't completely hard and can bend. The heart pendant I'm making has a real piece of coal from the Titanic so that's cool. So I'm really unsure about this purchase.

Got this for my teen and he loves it. We all made a few things. Easy to use and there isn’t a smell. The resin cures in 24hrs.
