This ladder is great...bought along with their 6' step ladder..This was new, the step ladder was dented and scratched on several places, plus sits uneven...Amazon wouldn't let me return the step ladder

Quality product at a great price.

Have been using this for a few months now & so far it has been a solid ladder. The construction seems solid, the weight isn’t too bad, even for frail people in our household. I was worried about the plastic joins from the reviews but seeing them in person, they seem pretty solid. The largest person to use it was about 200 lbs carrying several heavy boards, but there was no creaking or sign of flimsiness at the time. The feet seem pretty stable. I think as long as people exercise safe ladder protocol & don’t get a defective unit, this should be a great ladder. I can’t vouch for their QA broadly but at least for our part, it seems like we got a great ladder for a competitive price (given the current inflated state of things). Recommended.

Seems like a great ladder, i have not used it a ton. But it feels very sturdy. I will caution you that it will embed fiberglass in your skin if you do not wear protective clothing.

I purchased the 24 ft version of this ladder. It is very sturdy and feels stable when climbing. I like the quick latch rung lock, but you have to remember to unlock it on the way down if you need to lower the fly section. Otherwise you will have to climb back up to unlock it. I'm 5' 8" 175 lbs and I have no problems carrying it around myself, and it is possible to raise by yourself if you are strong or work with ladders a lot, but I would recommend having someone else to help so it is easier. I also have a Ladder-Max Stand-off Stabilizer which adds a few additional pounds and makes it harder to raise because it sticks out from the ladder by 19 inches. I have Amazon Prime so I bought from Amazon directly and ABF delivered it in 4 days (a week earlier than my chosen delivery date). It did ship with cardboard wrapping (see attached photo) so I didn't have any issues with it being damaged in transit like others mentioned.

Very light weight at 30 lbs for a 16-feet rugged ladder. Excellent for pulling the entire ladder through a trap door to the attic to get a ladder up there to attend to the (underneath) roof to change alarms and lights. Also to clean gutters from ground -- single level house.

Extremely high quality ladder. Very well built and should last a lifetime.

Overpriced. When I found a proper one out was too late.
