Meine Sony WH-1000XM2 sind nach sieben Jahren zwar noch technisch einwandfrei – auch der Akku hält noch hervorragend –, aber leider waren die Polster mittlerweile komplett „abgeschubbert“. Ich bin froh, diese tollen Ersatzpolster gefunden zu haben.Der Austausch war absolut problemlos und die Polster sitzen fest und sicher. Ich bin total begeistert, wie gut sich die Kopfhörer jetzt wieder anfühlen. Dank dieser Ersatzpolster werden meine Sony-Kopfhörer sicher noch einige Jahre im Einsatz bleiben. Eine absolute Empfehlung, um ein eigentlich noch top funktionierendes Gerät zu retten!

The Backstory:I bought my Sony WH-1000XM2s back in 2018 while visiting Japan. They have been my absolute favorite headphones for years and have truly stood the test of time. However, as you can see in my "Before" photo, the original earpads had finally given up. They were shredded and flaking, making them almost impossible to wear comfortably. Instead of replacing the whole unit, I tried these SOULWIT cushions, and I am not disappointed.The Installation (Watch for the Orientation!):The kit includes a small blue plastic prying tool that makes the process much safer than using a kitchen knife.- The "Click": Removing the old ones is straightforward with the tool. When installing the new ones, they are designed to "click" into the factory clips.- My Pro-Tip: On one side, I initially struggled to get the clips to engage. I realized I needed to flip the pad (top-to-bottom). Once I rotated it, it clicked into place perfectly in seconds. If it feels like it’s not seating right, don’t force it—just try flipping the orientation.The Result:The instructions are very easy to follow, and the "added thickness" of these pads is a welcome upgrade over the flattened originals. They feel plush and create a solid seal again.Why I recommend these:- Restores ANC: Because the seal is tight again, the noise cancellation feels like it did on day one.- Budget-Friendly: For a small investment, I saved a pair of premium headphones I’ve owned for 6+ years.- Complete Kit: You don’t need any extra tools; everything you need is in the box.Bottom Line:If you love your XM2s as much as I do, don't retire them just because the leather is peeling. These pads made my 2018 headphones feel brand new again. Just be patient with the alignment, and you’ll be back to listening in no time!

My old ear cups were looking very tatty so I bought these to replace them. Very easy to fit and they've given my headphones a new lease of life. Feel slightly less comfortable than the old ones, but I can't complain for the price.I don't believe these have impacted the noise cancellation at all.

Contrairement à certains commentaires:1) ces coussinets s'adaptent parfaitement au MDR 1000X. C'est très facile à installer, surtout avec le petit outil en plastique fourni2) ils sont d'un confort parfait / mes oreilles de taille plutôt large, elles ne touchent pas, aucune gène3) la mousse à mémoire de forme est très agréable4) le filtrage passif des bruits très bon, je ne note aucune différence avec la version d'origine5) le simili cuir semble être de bonne facture, mais à voir dans le tempsje suis très satisfait de cet achat redonnant une nouvelle jeunesse à ce super casque SONY
