Cheap rubbish synthetic doll hair, matted mess
I bought this for my daughter’s birthday and had it delivered a month and a bit early because I like to be prepared like that. It was opened today and the first thing my daughter did was remove rapunzels braid because the instructions show how to braid hair and it comes with a brush so you would assume you can style the hair. I started trying to rebraid it for her but found that it was too tangled and stuck together to be able to section it so I gave it a brush. Well I have never seen such a matted mess of dolls hair, just from brushing it straight out of the box! It’s too late to return now so I thought what do I have to lose and decided trying different techniques I read about online to try and loosen the knots. I have tried fabric conditioner, shampoo and conditioner, detangling spray and both brush and comb. Nothing helps. We now have a rapunzel in need of a serious chop in order to be able to play with her without getting fingers caught in her hair constantly. Thanks Jakks pacific for using such cheap synthetic dolls hair that we can’t even do anything with and charging £70 for the pleasure! 🙄

Overpriced doll
Took a long time to arrive, was a Christmas present and daughter liked it at first but was quickly bored and not played with since. Very over priced for what it is and would not order again or any other character like it due to this now.

Awful
Bought for my 5 yr old Grandaughter. Certainly not the quality I was expecting for £60, she can't stand, the dress came off but I had to fight with it for over half hour to get it back on, ridiculous then her hair, once out of the plait it went straight to a unbrushable mess in less than 5 mins, my Grandaughter was heart broken ... not to mention me and my waste of £60. Zero quality to this doll have bought better on a cheap market! ... I never give such bad reviews most of mine get 5 stars and praise, so make your own mind up.
