Not supportive
These are not very well made and unsupportive!!

Excellent product and worth every penny!
We have used PowerStep insoles for years and they are well worth the money. Many years ago I was suffering with plantar fasciitis right before taking our daughter to Disney World. I was worried how I would manage all the walking I'd need to do at the park. I went to a running store to be fitted for new shoes. The salesman recommended I purchase PowerStep athletic version to be used with my new Asics. Maybe it was the combination of shoes and insoles but I walked all over Disney pain free and never had PF pain again. We swear by them. I have the world's latest feet and my husband and daughter have extremely high arches. The different versions work well for all our needs. I bought 2 pair of the dress version for my husband and he asked I immediately purchase two more. Yes, they are that good.

Great Alternative to Custom Inserts
These orthotic insoles are perfect for my "work" shoes. I have custom inserts for my athletic shoes, but even the streamlined versions were too wide for my non-athletic shoes. I specifically use these insoles in my Sperry boat shoes and in 3 separate pairs (and different styles) of Clark's loafer/flats. These have a good amount of support and keep my feet from feeling tired at the end of the day.

Great insoles for dress shoes
These insoles are a total game changer for my work dress shoes. A pair of flat loafers that normally hurt my feet by the end of the day were wearable and comfortable. I have other insoles of this brand and they are great.
