This kit had everything I needed to keep both the first and second story windows clean at my business. Everything fits together well (you just have to press the tools onto the pole) and is very high-quality.

OMGoodness.... I just ordered this product and here it is already!In other words, 5 stars for shipping.I was worried at first, seeing that I never received a tracking number.Then, when the item did arrive, two out of five tapes were broken off, on the side of the box.(I'm not happy with our new UPS guy, but that is a different story.)But, all the products inside were so well packed, that nothing could have fallen out.Can not wait to try out product. If it isn't up to snuff, I will add feedback.Otherwise, no news is good news!

This product works well for me. I am a home owner and was not doing this as a pro. I do agree with one reviewer that this is not what I would consider a professional quality tool. However it is not priced that way either. Cleaned my windows this weekend and everything was great.

I think a part must be missing. There is no way to attach the various heads securely to the pole securely (no snap on). There seems to be pin missing or something. There are holes in the pole and holes in the heads as if they should slide in an snap but since both pieces only have the holes and nothing to snap into, the heads just fall right off. The instructions look like these just slide on to the pole and snap on but if you do that, since there is no way to secure them, unless you are only going up and down so the head doesn't fall off, there is going to be a problem. And if you are on the 12th floor like me, leaning out my window and cleaning it going sideways, that would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. I've watched the Youtube videos, but they just tell you how wonderful the product is.

Purchased this for the boss to clean the large windows in our new office. It's a nice, high quality kit. I especially like the two sizes of squeegees. Definitely recommend along with the Pro Bucket if you have rather large windows.

My husband cleans big 18 wheeler trucks and this worked great to reach them hard to reach spots.

This Unger Pro Window Cleaning Kit is great and all you need to clean windows professionally. Works great with the Unger 6 gallon bucket.

I would mention that I did have to ream out the hole in the plastic handle on the brush for the quick release connector. The pin that holds it securely to the handle would not quite reach the hole until I elongated it somewhat. It works just fine now.
