Large ice pack is exactly what we needed. It stays flexible when frozen and therefore can be strapped around a swollen joint etc. Great for reducing swelling and pain relief.

This was perfect - I had a painful neck and so I used this as an ice pack - I put it in the freezer as instructed and then used it on my neck. It gave me relief and have used it several times now. I like the texture and the fact that it is still flexible enough to mold it to my neck when in use. I haven’t tried it as a hot pack as I had a hot water bottle to use instead.
