Not very thick. It also flattens out a lot.

what are the dimensions of the cover?

It is approximately 13" x 7". Then it drops around the seat 3".

If it is 14 inches long what keeps it from slipping on the knee rover which is shorter?

It has two very tight elastic bands to fit around the seat. It also has a draw string to tighten it.

What are all the dimensions for what size seat it will fit: width & length. and what is depth of memory foam?

My seat is 7 1/2 x 14 1/2 and it matches it perfectly. the cover material on the sides is about 4"with a draw string to tighten,. the memory foam is about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4"" thick it is thicker in the middle, but you have to know I have used it and it may have lost some thickness
