Not as vibrant as I had hoped
This liner is easy to apply, but it's not as vibrant as I had hoped, it's actually hard to see, but it may be because of my skin tone. It would definitely look great on darker skin. (I'm white with a slightly olive complextion)

Dried out almost instantly

wasted money
It does not put out any liner. It was wrapped individually, but it was dry as a bone ,no liner inside. I bought the shimmer golden brown. Donot know why this store showed videos of purple & black but none of shimmer gold brown or regular brown. Videos were mediocrely done. No directions at all, so if a woman os using a liquid liner for the first time you may be wasting half of the tube of it.
