I've been very impressed with this power station. It performs exactly as expected and provides dependable backup power whenever I need it. The battery lasts a long time, charges efficiently, and powers multiple devices without any issues. It's easy to use, well-built, and surprisingly quiet. Whether I'm using it during a power outage, outdoors, or for everyday convenience, it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a reliable source of electricity. Overall, this is an excellent investment. We got this to use down on the dock at the lake where we don’t have electricity. It has been great for powering lights and charging phones and the pump for blowing up the inflatable rafts. Easily portable to recharge. Hoping to hook solar panel up to it as well.

I purchased this specifically to be able to lay my phone on top to charge. Unfortunately that is the only feature that didn’t work. I kept this anyway. It holds a charge for a longe time. Easy to transport. Charges phones and tablets quickly. I’ve used it for a fan and laptop. It recharges quickly. Great value for the money if you don’t expect the wires charging feature to work.

Great little power bank. I wanted a little backup power at home and tested this on my sump pump. I have a battery backup already but wanted to see if this would run my main AC pump. Surprisingly it ran it fine. Showed 433w out on the pump. No problem. Happy with my purchase.

Battery needs to charge and discharge two full cycles to get to 100%. Talk to customer service they are very helpful. Product worked good on my first Camping trip.

I bought this to act as backup power for my refrigerator. I just needed a few hours of cooling to keep my food from going bad. Regular power outages in our area created a need. Powerstation came 60% charged, and was fully charged within an hour. I have not had an outage since it was purchased, but will definitely update my review when I do. It's very easy to use, and there is no setup involved. Just charge it and plug in your appliances. Can be used as a UPS if plugged in between the wall and your appliance. Incredibly small for the power it generates.

If I could rate this review it would be a zero. This isn't a product review per se. It is a "customer service" review. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! Recently I had ordered 2- 2400 watt Grecell power station. This was the only product pictured on the product page. I did receive 2 power stations but they were not the Grecell brand. Instead I received 2 -2400 watt "EBL" brand power stations. Thinking this was a simple mistake I rechecked the Grecell product page and it said "30 day return OR replacement". I went to UPS to return the power stations only to learn it would cost me $250 EACH to return them. UPS suggested I contact Amazon. I fully explained receiving the wrong power station to Amazon and they sent my request to Grecell. While I was waiting for a response from Grecell, I saw the Grecells were still on sale. So I ordered the correct power stations. The ones I actually wanted. Here is where I truly lost my temper. By the time Grecell answered my correspondence, the 2nd set of power stations had already shipped and yup! They were "EBLs" too. RED FLAG!! A person would think that with a product that is as expensive as the power stations the company would have doubled checked the product before shipping. To add insult to injury Grecell explained to me that Amazon will not refund anything more than $20 in shipping. I was also told by Grecell they plan on adding the "EBL" brand to their product page but have yet to do so. Even their own website still has no mention of the "EBL" brand. So now I have spent $2000 on power stations I DO NOT WANT AND DID NOT ORDER and if I don't want them it will cost me $1000 to return them. I believe Grecell should take some accountability. A simple line on their product page that says, "returns are SELF PAY and NON REFUNDABLE". That all but took me 5 sec to write. The interesting thing is my "recent past purchases" are still showing I ordered 4 Grecell power stations and the pic is still Grecell brand. It sounds like "bait and switch" to me. Something is wrong here. And NO I do not wish to try the EBL brand as Grecell suggested. If I wanted that brand I would have ordered it. I like Grecell power stations of which I have ordered several in the past and have really liked them. This is why I'm sticking with my original orders. - A former Grecell customer

No me han solucionado la reparación o reposición del mismo,me duró más o menos 4 usos y empezó a marcar una falla y ya no funcionó y no me han dado una solución , no soporta los aparatos que indica compré un mini frigobar y solo la primera vez que lo usé duró como 8 horas sin nada en el frigobar , después solo duró 4 horas y dejó de funcionar de estar cargado al 100 se apagó al encender
