I’ve been looking for a good plus sized winter coat for this year as the zipper of my last one just broke. Some must haves for me were a hood, waterproof, and zipper front. I also loved that this coat has zippered pockets. For context I live in Connecticut and I’m a toddler teacher so we go outside to play year round so I was looking for something that would keep me warm outside for extended periods of time. I was planning on going to LL Bean but was hesitant to spend $200 on a coat and heard good things about coats on Amazon. What stuck out to me were the 2000+ ratings averaging 4.5 stars which I considered a good sign. What ultimately convinced me was the $14 instant coupon. Combined with a a $10 gift card I had, this brought the total to $30 for the cost which felt like something I could roll the dice on. I read reviews suggesting to size up and so I ordered the 3x (for context I typically am a 1X - 2X depending on the item). I was slightly concerned about fit as some said it was way too small for them but upon receiving it I was relieved. It fits perfect and even allows to include light layers under it for chillier temps. The whole inside is fleece lined including the hood and the hood has a Velcro front to stay in place while you’re wearing it. While I can’t speak to wearing it in places where the weather is sub zero, I think this will be fine for below freezing temps in my area and snow. The color seems fairly accurate and it seems pretty durable overall. I have no complaints with this coat and am so excited I found something this affordable.

There are so many ways I like this jacket. It is very good looking (I bought the two-tone black and gray). The fabrics are a nice quality both inside and out. The fur inside feels quite luxurious and keeps me very warm. The fabric outside is good looking, obviously waterproof, and lays nicely. You can remove the hood by unzipping it. All the zippers work very well. The zipper in front zips up through the neck area to keep the neck warm. I usually wear a 3X: I ordered a 3X and it fits. You can tighten the end of the arms at the wrist by using the sewn-in Velcro to keep the arms from falling over the hand area (this is great for me because 3X arms are usually too long for me). It comes in a bag which you can use in the offseason to store the coat (which works nice for me because I have limited closet space in my camper trailer). This last year I moved from a warmer climate (southern CA) to a colder climate (northern CA) and needed a warmer jacket, which I haven't needed in years. This one fits the bill. And the low price makes it all that much more attractive. I'm so very pleased with this purchase. If it sounds like it fits your needs, I would recommend that you go for it.

This is a beautifully made jacket. It has a plush soft & warm fleece lining with the hood lined as well! I needed a new jacket to replace one longer length bulky jacket with a worn out fake fur hood. Since l travel a lot l wanted a jacket l could carry without being bogged down but warm enough to brave this winter we are braving. I don’t ski, nor mountain hike just want to be warm. This fits all of my needs, Looks stylish in black, not bulky, & it’s going to keep me nice & toasty warm!

Needed a cold weather jacket for my Alaska trip. Was expecting negative temps and 2 days before my trip it heated up. Temps ranged between 10-30 degrees during my trip. This jacket kept me warm and blocked the wind. Stayed outside for 6+ hours at night with no issues. Excellent for layering and fit well. I was limited in color choices due to needing the jacket within 24hours. Ordered the navy in 2X and Purple in 3X. I was worried it would run small based on prior reviews, but the 2X was perfect and left room to layer without being too bulky. The 3x was like a tent and very unflattering. I suggest ordering your normal size and test it out. We all know the return policy is great so order the size you are. The purple color was not flattering more of a magenta. I’m happy it was too big as it was not a nice color. The navy was a true navy and went well with everything. The jacket lasted the whole trip with no issues and constructed very well. I expect it to last a while. Highly recommend. The price makes it even better. High quality jacket for a great price

I was surprised to find how warm and well made this product is. The jacket fits as it should in my usual size. I will only use the hood when caught in the rain. Having it for those times when I don’t have an umbrella with me is the reason I looked for a hooded jacket. The inside is of the coat is fuzzy and soft. I like the Velcro at the wrist so that the sleeves don’t fall over my hands, and also like the jacket’s length. I was actually wondering if I would like this product and kept looking at alternatives in case I didn’t like it when it arrived. I will wear this until like my current jacket, it has become embarrassingly ratty. Good price for great quality.

This jacket is a true Ski Jacket. It is of very good quality, nice color and shape. And, is quite warm due to the black furry inside lining. Has a zip-up front, zip-up pockets (so items do not get lost). The hood can be taken off via a convenient zipper that is hidden in the top/collar of the jacket. Very good price, and an excellent product. I give it a "10", or an A+ grade.

My standard size is 2X, and that's what the size chart recommended. I couldn't get this anywhere near able to close - there was a 4-5 inch gap. Very disappointing because it seems like it would be a good jacket, with a nice outer that is water-resistant, and a warm fleece inner layer. I would need to go up 2-3 sizes, so I'll be sending it back. There is no excuse for this kind of size discrepancy! I simply hate returning nice items that may end up in huge return reseller warehouses. This may be my last clothing purchase from Amazon.

This was over stuffed and so too close fitting to fit in the layers required for skiing in european conditions. Not supplied on Amazon Prime, slow to arrive and WARING RETURNS are via UPS . No UPS drop off in our town. The Post off door step collection is so good now. this is a huge deterrent from shopping from this supplier in the future.

Es una muy buena compra, y aun más por el precio, es ideal para climas fríos, y dias lluviosos, no deja pasar ni agua ni frío. Es liviana , yo compre una talla más de la que normalmente uso, estonpara poder moverme con más libertad, pero la talla es exacta.

Cumplio con lo esperado, tiene un forro polar que es muy abrigador, no esta pesada la chamarra, ligeramente voluminosa, la tabla de tallas es correcta, soy talla CH y pedi CH me guie por los comentarios y esperaba que estuviera mas amplia aun asi puedes poner un sueter o sudadera ligera debajo, no creo que se requiera algo mas grueso porque la chamarra si es muy calientita, buena tela y el corte recto se ve bien !!
