Yes! I use it as a face & neck cream. It's very moisturizing but not sticky & It also exfoliates.

Does the 8oz jar have a seal on it?

My container did not and it was cracked and leaked out in shipping box.

i have a textured forehead due to being chemically burn but the rest of my face is just dry, what is my best match?

Just stick to using it at night but personally I'd use a face moisturizer whereas this is more suited for all over the body. This stuff pills pretty quickly
