Worth the price and taste
A friend suggested these after I had surgery. The price and reviews had me skeptical but bc I wanted the best recovery possible I decided to try it. The price is worth it, period. The actual flavors arenโt bad at all. It does have a bizarre medicinal flavor that I just canโt describe but itโs really not that bad. I will say that if youโre going to squeeze the packet into your mouth you need to allow the little puff of air out before putting it to your mouth. That air holds the majority of the weird flavor. If you are not used to these types of products please consider mixing it with water or take them every other day and get used to it. It contains collagen which has always made my stomach hurt/gassy. I did not do homework and learned this the hard way. I do not mix it with water but I drink a glass of water afterwards and it works for me. As for post op recovery I will say that I do think it has helped (tendon repair). The numbness, tightness and general pain decreased significantly and the only thing that remotely bothers me is the incision which is normally healing.

Protein Liquid and Sugar Free
This LiquaGel Protein Packets are so convenient and I feel that I am doing a good thing with the liquid protein. The taste of each one is tasty and that is why I continue to purchase them. Being sugar free is why I continue to use these. I like them in my tea and coffee. The packaging is packed well and the different flavors are a positive addition to my current daily intake of trying to eliminate sugar. It has helped me and I look forward to continue using this product.

Much better than Fuelmate!
Not too bad. Tastes WAY better than Fuelmate!! The only downside is it has an underlying chocolate taste to all of them. This makes the grape taste like a tootsie roll pop, so I don't mind it. The "unflavored" just tastes like chocolate.

Easy to get a lot of additional protein in one's diet with this product.
Tastes ok, is exceedingly sweet. Not the cheapest stuff to purchase, but is handy in the individual serving packets. You can purchase this product in bottles, which saves a bunch of money if measuring it out doesn't bother you. If you can tolerate the sweetness this is a decent product and definately serves a purpose.

Quick protein
Great source of protein for right after my workout. I will say, the taste is just okay, maybe a bit on the sweet side. I think they're best not refrigerated.

Contains Potentially Dangerous Sweetener Neotame
The ingredients for this item are not stated on the listing. I saw in another listing that it contains Sucralose, and in reviews is repeatedly called "sickingly sweet." Which is why I purchased the variety pack containing the option with zero flavors and sweeteners. Product arrived today and I sampled the watermelon. I found it overwhelmingly sweet. I looked at the ingredients and the last one listed is neotame. Never heard of that before. Did a quick search and one of the top posts is an article citing a medical study, this quote us from the medical study: โEven when we studied neotame at very low concentrations, 10 times lower than the acceptable daily intake, we saw the breakdown of the gut barrier and a shift in bacteria to a more damaging behavior, including increased invasion of healthy gut cells leading to cell death. This can be linked to issues such as irritable bowel diseases and sepsis.โ I'm not big on artificial sweeteners in general, but I find this very alarming.

Health benefits but sketchy taste
My doctor recommended this for my specific needs. Convenient packaging and good price. These seem to have good health benefits. Taste? That is my only issue. Of course taste is somewhat subjective but I have to agree with most comments that most of these are not exactly enjoyable. To me they taste like how a wet dog smells if that makes any sense. Mixing with drinks helps. I will continue these and hopefully get use to them.

As far as protein intake, this is a must!
Ok, we all know trying to get in protein is, difficult, to say the least. As far as protein intake goes, this is by far, my number one choice. I have tried numerous amounts of things to get extra protein in, the drinks, the liquid protein, the chewables etc. Are any of them great tasting, no, is this product great tasting? it's definitely doable, but it doesn't taste as good as a steak and shrimp. But as far as protein supplements go it's not bad, one of the other reviewers put on here that they have to do a mindset that it's just thick cough syrup, that really helps me quite a bit, and it definitely does up my protein. I donate plasma as well as trying to lose weight and feel full as far as products go I have purchased this particular one twice. I really like that it comes in the 1 oz packages that I can throw in my backpack and take to work.
