You cannot compare as one has a continuous jet.And this product is for traveling or holiday I do not know how long the product would last although it is well made.

The plastic is very soft so is easy to squeeze,after each squeeze let it fill back up with air before the next squeeze and it should be ok for most people to use. The one problem you may have if you've got arthritis is the weight when it's full of water.

Do users find that one bottle is enough to clean one’s rear, or do you need to refill (or use second bottle)?

For me one bottle is sufficient. But I can imagine if one is incontinent two bottles may be required
