This is one among the set of three very important large and medium-sized home appliances we had taken the calculated risk to order online in July 2023, on Amazon India and did not have any reasons to regret it. This Activa 3 Litres, 3 KV storage water geyser, approximately named Volcano, has been blowing hot and cold, since the past 2.5 years, ever since it was installed on the back wall near our kitchen sink, just as we want it to do. It's been supplying the hot water to our new, Aquieen single pin kitchen sink mixer rotating faucet and the combination has been working like a dream fulfilled, surpassing even our own great expectations! This is excellent and deserves the 5 stars and this review, appreciating the largely trouble-free service our Activa has been giving us, on a daily basis, since more than 2.5 years!

AMAZON & ACTIVA — THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! 🚨 DO NOT BUY ACTIVA GEYSER. 🚨 NO AFTERSALE SERVICE. 🚨 YOU WILL REGRET IT. Bought an Activa 3L geyser in January 2025. It failed within a year, while still under warranty. Since then? 30+ days of frustration, 20+ emails, repeated follow-ups and absolutely NO resolution. Their standard response is basically: “We will send a technician.” But you will never get the technician. No call. No visit. No repair. No replacement. Nothing. This is an utterly pathetic after-sales service experience. A company that is happy to take your money but disappears when its product fails deserves serious scrutiny. Amazon — please investigate this seller/brand and stop exposing customers to this kind of horrible experience. My strong advice: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ACTIVA. Go for Branded products and save yourself from the headache. Activa: selling the product is easy. Standing behind it when it fails — apparently impossible. Extremely disappointed. Extremely frustrated. Completely done with this brand.
