Does this have to be used with UV lamp?

I would say so after reading this part of the item description: AILLSA jelly gel nail polish needs to be cured under LED/UV light. The fact is says ‘needs’ & not ‘better drying with’ would imply to me it wouldn’t dry properly without one 😊

I planned to order the nude colour. Do I need to order a base & top coat as well as the varnish. Some reviews said you get both?

I had the base and coat, so I just ordered the nude varnish

Didn't use a base coat however best use a top coat because like other gel polishes goes tacky on top once cured
