Incomplete order received
I received only a partial order. Only the female puppets were delivered, which you can verify in the attached video. The box was quite small and could fit only 5 female puppets, yet the label on the box states MB + FB (10 puppets).When I requested a return, the pickup agent refused to accept it, saying that it was a partial order. I explained that this is exactly the reason for the return, as I did not receive the complete order.

The product design is good but the work done is not proper. The lacy is not attached properly. Male and female costume is same (lehenga). And later I had to work to give a final touch for my satisfaction.

This was one of the best product I ever got...they really did a hard work to make these...these were little and soooo much cute and the hard work they did was more than compared to it's price...and I got a thanks letter with a small cute handmade keychain as you can see in the picture...me and my mom both are in love with these small puppets...❣💫🦋 this made my day special 🐣🐧💖
