This is a real solid, potent nootropic. I have a ton of experience with various types of nootropics from research chemicals to natural herbal types and this stuff really has a profound noticeable effect on me mentally. I use it toward the end of the day to help with some of the detrimental effects of stimulant medication. But I never expected the type of mental clarity I would get from it. It also smells and tastes much better than other forms of NAC I have tried in the past. I have been using it for about a month now. The only negative effect I seem to be experiencing is anhedonia, which NAC is actually known for apparently. Probably going to start using it more sporadically due to this factor but all in all, I definitely would recommend this product to others especially if you are worried about glutamate toxicity. Also it seems to help with some of the negative mental effects of alcohol. I have been taking it after I have a few drinks and my mind and body feel pretty normal the next day. (Talking 4 drinks or under, don’t expect hangover prevention if you are getting legit sauced)

This supplement is great for keeping my aging mind clear and connecting the dots. My mind is much better than when I don't take them. A co-worker of mine is a researcher who has been doing research into Glynac and its anti aging properties--he's the one who suggested I try. So glad I did. My husband and I have both been taking this for a couple of years now.

It was effective and it helped me feel better but it smells so bad. It’s not cheap for number of doses but I would buy it again. It did what it was supposed to!

You should know that this form of NAC, is an ethyl ester form, a form that is highly absorbable. Getting into the cell is what matters. It's also important to have Co-factors that assist in the formation of Glutathione. This product has that too. As a Dietician and Personal Trainer, I can strongly recommend this product.

It's all capsule with a sulfur based substance so it's going to smell a bit unpleasant but it only lasts a second and down the hatch. I take NAC or GlyNAC whenever I want to clean out congestion from my lungs and sinuses. Works better than taking antibiotics in my case. Talk to your healthcare provider before any changes to your health management or treatment regimen.

Loaded, and I mean LOADED with essential oils, unusable product. Disgusting to swallow. I also noticed the same company produces essential oils - I have wondered if they dump their expiring (non food grade by the way) oils into this product. Why? On top of that the product seems to keep changing - very inconsistent. I don't think I trust them any longer. And no refunds after a short amount of time? Shady
