These help a lot with my plantar fasciitis. They aren't as bulky as ankle wraps and stay in place.

Finally something that helps my pain
I wear a women's size 6 shoe. These were tight to me on the first wear but the next day it was much better. It does relieve my arch tendinitis pain significantly. I would recommend this product to others.

Great quality bands
These are very similar to the Copper Compression version, but are better made. Highly recommend if you have high arches that are causing pain. If they’re a little too tight spritz them with water before you put them on and they’ll stretch out a little bit.

Siding is not good
Too tight squeezing and hurts too too much to help. Really should have a x-large size but this is a large and only comes in medium and large.

Effective after 1 day of use, buy them now!!!!
I don't want to be over optimistic as I have only worn these for a day, however, this is the best relief I've had in 6 months of having plantur fascitis. Atm feeling very cross about spending hundreds of pounds on physio when these seem to have been 99% effective after one day. They offer great support are comfortable and good quality. I have wide feet but these have enough stretch to fit and not feel tight. I would definitely recommend giving them a go before trying more expensive options.
