They are really nice, they feel good in my shoes only wish there was more tape strips

I sprained my calf muscle, so my dr. recommended i add these to my shoes. They were a game changer. It helped my calf pain, and helped my feet feel supported. They fit well in my shoes (i'm size 10, women's) They are adjustable, so sometimes they come a part, but it's not a bad thing. They're definitely worth the cost.

I've only been wearing these for a couple of days, but so far they're very comfortable and feel durable. Time will tell if they help my achilles tendon pain (fresh out of the boot so it's going to hurt no matter what). These have helped correct my gait to the point that I can feel my calves, hamstrings, and glutes firing more prominently then they have before. The sizing is off, unless you dig for the width in the description. I'm a dude's size 10.5, but the large really only works in wider footwear like skate shoes. They just barely squeeze into my pair of Saucony. The mediums work in my Allbirds and different style boots, and would probably work just fine in my skate shoes too. The sticky tape keeps the layers together, but doesn't seem designed to keep the lift in position. TLDR; large is too wide, item is durable and comfortable, good value and have already purchased more mediums to go in other shoes. Update after a few weeks: I'm noticing reduced heel pain, but at the cost of total foot discomfort. The drop off is sudden and the arch of my foot is taking the brunt of the discomfort. The front end gets caught on my foot and flips out of place when I take my shoes off. Still very helpful, but a basic design that could use several quality of life improvements. I'm looking at other types of inserts to replace these.

Very good quality, especially for the price. Comfortable, well made, affordable, and works. Ordered heel lift on advice from my physiotherapist. As I recover, will remove one layer at a time. So simple but so effective.

Had a calf tear so I needed to limit my range of motion for a short time (6weeks) so I bought two of these. I used on and a half in on shoe and saved the other half do if needed. Product did its job.

These have been working fantastic for me. I also like how the company includes a couple extras pieces of 2 sided tape as after a couple of weeks the top piece becomes not as sticky anymore. These take the pressure completely off of my Achilles and I can walk again. Highly recommend!

I have a leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement. These help alot.

I think these heel lifts are designed for men only. The pictures show mainly men's shoes, but sizes are given for women's shoes, so I ordered them. I wear a size US 8 shoe, so I ordered the Medium size. The heel is too wide even for my athletic shoes. I finally found a pair that they almost fit, so I'm keeping them. Having written only negative things, I have to say that they feel really comfortable, so I'm sure I will benefit from them.
