White Soy Sauce Traditionally Brewed 12.1 fl oz

This is a delicious light soy sauce. More subtle in flavor than typical dark soy sauce, it will not overpower a dish.

This is a sashimi requirement in my home. Anytime we are going to have fish for dinner, this will be one of our accompaniments. Flavor is impeccable and helps to make the dish perfect with every bite. Excellent quality and taste.

Mild but still full of UMAMI! This is perfect for lighter meals and clear soups.

I read several comments about it being ‘less salty’. It came at the last minute so I took that as correct. However, it’s just as salty as most other soy sauces. It came close to ruining a marinade. The sauce is good, but taste it first. Quite salty and less savory.

This is a wonderful, salty addition to any savory meal. I use it in ramen, eggs, dumplings and many meat dishes. I highly recommend this product.

I love this style of soy sauce for use as a dressing. I use it to enhance the flavor of already cooked food or to raw dishes. This soy sauce is absolutely delicious, but it seems to get lost when used in cooking, when more strongly-flavored soy sauce works better. And for what it's worth, I can't find this style anywhere (so far) in the quite extensive Asian Market area.

This was a gift and it was an absolute hit. She ended up buying more herself.

I had been unsuccessfully looking for the restaurant dip for tempura. I don't know just how I found this WHITE soy sauce, but I LOVE using it for chopped avocado as a MEAL or a significant SIDE to a meal. I definitely want to keep this on-hand!
