Impressed with the quality, shipping and installation. Putting them together was a snap. The massage and heat features are perfect. Very comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Great value

Ordered on 4-24-26 received box 2 on 4-29-26. Contacted McCombo via phone and email to ask where box 1 is. Rep responded promptly and stated that FedEx didn’t pick up box 1 and that they would send the box asap. 4-30-26 received a tracking number from Rep via email. Today is 5-4-26. The tracking shows it will be delivered tomorrow 5-5-26. The part we got the color is good and the chair seems comfortable to the touch. Haven’t tried out the functionality yet. But wanted to write a review of my experience. *Update* Box 1 was delivered on 5-5-26. My husband loves his new chair 🤗 Setup was easy. The chair is comfortable, reclines with ease. Vibration, timer and heat works well. Everything works as marketed. Now we are considering furnishing an entire room with MCombo furniture.

I love this chair. We bought it after I had surgery and realizing that I could not put down the foot rest on our old recliner without assistance. Enter the power chair that gave me back some independence! This is not a lift chair, but the power function was enough for me. It has a wide angle of motion and reclines enough to sleep in it. We got the large size so I could sleep comfortably, but even in the large size, the chair would not be good for tall people (see photo - I am 5'2"). The chair comes in 3 boxes, and my only complaint was that we didn't receive all 3 on the same day. It was simple to assemble and manageable by one person. I was really excited about the other features (cupholder! heat! massage!) but haven't really used them - the cupholder is a little too far to reach when reclined, and I have tested the heat, but it gets very hot and you're not able to adjust the temperature. This is a good chair for the price and would be very helpful for people who have had surgery or have limited mobility.

This chair was advertised as gray, it is 50% blue and 50% gray. Our furniture in our home leans towards gray and the addition of the blue color was not desirable. Buyer beware Otherwise, The chair works as advertised. It comfortable and seems to be well built. We ordered the regular wide version, it’s adequate. If you’re a guy over 200, get the bigger one My only complaint about operating the chair is it has two remotes (wired) It would be much cleaner design and easier to operate if the functions could have been put into one remote. Having to reach for two is a bit of an overkill. Again, on a scale of 1-10, I would give the chair a 7 so far. (The chair was bought to replace a manual recliner I owned due to having to having a shoulder replacement surgery and I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to use my recliner for 6-8 months)

I had rotator cuff surgery on 10/21 so this review is given after 8 months. It didn’t take long for my husband to put this together. The USP port was inoperable. When I called customer service, she wanted me to show her a picture. WHAT? The port is there, it didn’t charge! The rest operates correctly, ie, reclining and heat feature (heat feature is only on your back, not the seating area) It is a sturdy chair (my dog LOVES this). In its regular seated position (non incline) it folds you in an uncomfortable position, like you’re leaning forward. This eases somewhat when the chair is inclined, however, the leg support has to be all the way extended before the back support reclines. The one thing is dislike so strongly is how the cushion is at the top of the chair where the headrest juts way too far out, forcing your head forward at an uncomfortable angle. I am 5’2 and wanted to get the larger one so taller people could fit in it comfortably. My father-in-law, who is 5’10 sat in it fully reclined and his feet hung over the edge. My father-in-law did think that it was very comfortable and, after showing him all the clicks, bells and whistles, thought it was a great deal at $600 and some change. I love that there were loops on both sides. We used these to threat the heat/recline controllers in case they fell you could easily retrieve. The cupholders are ideal and ample sized to even fit a bigger insulated vessel. (I use the other side to keep my reading glasses).

beautiful chair,,Appears to be good quality. easy to assemble. Very comfortable and easy to use. Love the loops on the side of the chair for the remotes, don't have to worry about dropping them. pocketson both sides and mini ones on the front.. Love the double cup holders. Makes it nice for the other person sitting beside me as they don't have any on here chair. My family loves he chair as much as I do so I have to boot them off when I'm ready to use it, Will add an pdate after the holidays because it will be used a lot.

The chair is great as is as advertised, save for the fact that when I saw power recliner and I was looking for a power lift chair and misinterpreted the wording. I thought I was going to get a power lift chair. I decided to keep the chair and am pleased with the features of massage and heat .

Excellent colour, very well made and comfortable,value for money, bought one and then a second one would be an asset for the needs of a elderly person.
