I received a faulty product. The speaker stickers fell off into my ear after about two uses. VERY DANGEROUS!! I had to have a coworker use tweezers to retrieve the little piece out of my ear. When I contacted the seller, they acted concerned about the issue and the poorly built item (even going as far as saying that they were no longer going to invest in the product because it didn’t live up to their own expectations!) I requested an item replacement multiple times… Amazon redirected me to the seller but the seller re-REdirected me back to Amazon. At this point I am tired of the back-and-forth games. which leads me to the conclusion of… a big WASTE OF MONEY!

Product feels very cheap but have been relatively effective. They sound ok if you got them positioned right. Not that discreet but still more discreet than any normal ear buds you can buy. They haven’t died on me yet but I only really use them 2 hours at a time. Charger pod battery lasts longer than expected. They kind of fell apart on me after a month or two. The metal screen where the sound comes out fell off but was pretty easily fixed with the carful application of super glue. The black speaker cloth fell out of the hole on the side where the indicator light is but honestly not having the black cloth made them more discreet.

I have had these for 9 months and don’t use them regularly. One of the ear buds is completely broken and I can’t use it. Which really sucks. Also it’s super annoying to have to connect let forget the device and reconnect them. Love the size and they fit pretty well in my ear. Just wish they lasted better.

If they fit more snugly, I'd have made it 5 star across the board. These ear buds are AMAZING, but, people can't hear me well, and they sit ABOVE the ear hole, which, when I press them closer, they sound MUCH better, I'm losing about 10-20% of sound. But, overall, these are the BEST bluetooth I've had.

Love these. The only issue I had was they were a bit tricky to connect to my phone each time I used them and I wish there was a way to charge them with the silicon holders already on. I ended up losing the holders pretty quickly because everything was just loose in my pockets.

Only thing is they tend to slip out a bit if you move to much. U have to push it back in, other then that I give them a thumbs up

I own pretty much every headphone, earbud, wired and wireless thing out there and these are my favorite right now. If I ever want to listen strictly for sound quality then I put in my wired earbuds(secret). But if I want something that not even I know is there cause it's so light and small I put these babies in. These are not about noise cancelation. They are about being able to hear what's going on around you while having a very good quality sound coming from them. The battery life is probably better than 95% of the 20 or so ear buds I have. Only issue I have with them is that if I leave them on when I go in the shower as soon as water hits them they immediately switch the track or pause sound until the next water droplet hits them then they turn back on. Bottom line if it took my wife almost 2 full days of Me wearing them around her 24/7 to notice them then that speaks for itself when it comes to being almost invisible. She hates when I wear earbuds. So these are a huge win in the incognito department. Also great for sleep. They will not fall out no matter what, even if you just place or drop them in loosely. 5 stars!
